Kundalini Yoga
For over 20 years, Kundalini Yoga has been an anchor, a guide, and a sacred space in my life. I discovered it during a time of deep emotional turbulence — I was in an unhealthy co-dependent relationship, lost and disconnected. And yet, I’m deeply grateful for that chapter, because it led me directly to this practice, which is now my magic wand for basically anything in this life.
I began practicing at the age of 20, and I’ve been teaching for the past 15 years. Throughout these years, I’ve met so many beautiful souls — each arriving in class when life whispered it was time. Some came during an existential crisis. Others were longing for a sense of belonging, to someone, to something… but ultimately, to themselves — to their true nature. Many arrived after painful breakups or patterns of disconnection. Some out of curiosity, because friends recommended it to try. The reason we come doesn’t matter — what matters is that it works whatever the reason is consciously or subconsciously.
As someone with a deep love for discovering and evolving, I’ve explored many different modalities. But Kundalini Yoga is the one that stayed with me.
It helped me put myself back together so many times, when I needed it.
It helped me heal a serious health condition — as part of a holistic approach — and within months, I was completely healthy.
It held me through the raw, real journey of being a young mother in a foreign country, navigating waves of emotion.
And it also created a community of like minded people speaking my native language, who were interested in Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga became a lighthouse — guiding me home to myself again and again, no matter what happens in life, I know as soon I am on my mat the magic is there, and I AM there.
For many years, I taught in my native language. But recently, I’ve felt a deep inner call to begin offering classes in English — live, in person.
We need real spaces of presence again. Online is wonderful — but a smile, a warm hug, a cosy cup of tea shared in real life can never be replaced.
♡
So I invite you — into my garden yoga studio, a warm, gentle space to meet yourself, to meet me, and to meet one another.
Let’s create a loving, kind, joyful community — for all those whose souls are longing to belong. We’re not meant to do this alone. Let’s remember how it feels to come together again.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
As taught by Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga is called “the yoga of awareness.”
It combines breathwork (pranayama), dynamic movement (kriya), sound (mantra), and meditation to awaken your inner energy, calm the nervous system, and connect you to your intuitive wisdom.
“The process of rising Kundalini is a process of self-realization. It is the uncoiling of the soul.” – Yogi Bhajan
This practice is not about mastering poses — it’s about mastering presence.
