Chanting Mantras, either silently or out loud, is a conscious method of controlling and directing the mind. 

Happiness, Joy and regret are vibratory frequencies in the mind or thought waves. They determine the kind of program our mind plays. 

The scenario we choose becomes our vibration, defines how we feel and what we project to others and our own life. 

With Kundalini Yoga and Mantras we can exercise our right to choose at any time.

We are creating with every word we speak, and even with every word we think. 

When we chant mantra or do yoga exercise we are choosing to invoke the positive power contained in those particular syllables or movements. 

Whether it's for Prosperity, Peace of Mind, Intuition, or any other multitude of possible benefits  inherent in mantras or movement.

"Self Esteem & Immune System"

It's time to get ready for cosy Autumn and strengthen our Immune.

Did you know that our immune system directly depends on the level of our Self Validation and Self Love?

The underlying of so much discomfort, pain and ill health is poor self-esteem. 

Negativity supress the immune system.

A strong positive mindset does the opposite. 

Kundalini Yoga has an amazing sets that helps not just understand that "I'll try to be more positive and validate my self from now", but actually it helps to change our mindset throw special exercise, that transform our Negative mind to Positive mind, also balances our energy meridians in Thymus and the whole Immune system. 

Also, at this class I will  introduce to you a very easy technique that I use with my clients in Kinesiology sessions that helps to strengthen the immune system and awaken Self-Esteem.

This evening everyone will leave the class with a warm smile in his heart and Positive mind.

"Breath"

Breath eliminates Stress. 

The Breath is a fundamental tool in Kundalini Yoga. It:

- Promotes health and vitality

- Opens the range and creativity of the emotions

- Controls the moods

- Develops concentration

- Promotes feeling of connectedness

The breath and the Word are in intimate relationship. They form the platform from which all things begin, and they shape the form and direction of one's life. 

They govern our communications and our relationships with ourselves and others.

"Relaxation"

Relaxation comes from the fact that we are a reality, a soul, a creative expressive essence who can invite things within this world. 

Relaxation is not easy for most people because of a subliminal level of emotional conflict or turmoil.

There is an inner emotive dialogue that generates patterns of anxiety, anger, hopelessness, or other self-defeating emotions. 

We easily forget the essence, the freedom, the choice to begin actions by recognizing the intention and purpose of the heart. 

To relax in the midst of hurricane, we must find the centre within. Then we dwell in the presence of the Self and let the miracles happen. 

With this resource we can be relaxed amidst the greatest challenges and remember our Real Selves in the most unreal situations.
